We are enhancing cleanliness and supporting your personal wellbeing throughout your stay and want to ensure that we deliver consistently and effectively EVERY time. So, if this isn’t what you find when you check-in, then we promise to make it right.
This is a positive change to improve the comfort, protection and health of all our guests. We are committed to cleanliness and wellbeing and would like to introduce some enhanced measures we are implementing for your health and safety throughout your stay with us. Here are just a few of the new procedures we’ve put in place in our properties.
Contactless self check-in:
We are sorry there is less touchy feely but this is a positive change. We are committed to cleanliness and wellbeing and have implemented measures for your health and safety. When you’re ready to travel again, we’ll be ready to welcome you.
We aim to keep contact to a minimum, so we’ve installed smart locks into every apartment. But don’t worry, just because we physically won’t be there doesn’t mean we won’t keep in touch, if there are any problems, we are only a quick phone call away.
Safety and Hygiene:
For your protection, there will be highly visible and more frequent cleaning. We’ll be paying closer attention to places of high touch areas, such as door handles, tv controls and light switches – as we’re not taking any chances.
You will also be able to find hand sanitiser and hand soaps available in each apartment, as well as disinfectant spray for your own use should you need or wish to use it.
Flexible cancellation policies:
We understand at times like these plans might change – so we have now improved our cancellation policies to make them as flexible as possible for you – our guests.
Keeping it minimal:
Not only are we keeping physical contact to a minimum, but we have also decided to declutter all of our apartments. This reduction of in-room furnishings will reduce the amount of areas germs can remain.
