The kitchen island doubles up as a breakfast bar, with 4 additional bar stools. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business. 

Found in the multifunctional downstairs living room, is a cinema-style 85-inch television situated on a media wall, sitting opposite a bespoke supersized sofa/lounging area.  Adjacently, there is a pool table gaming area for guest use.

On the ground floor, there are 2 king-size bedrooms with custom blackout curtains and plenty of storage space. The larger bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a shower. There is a family bathroom located right next door.

Downstairs on the lower ground, there are 2 additional king-size bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious and inviting, with a double wardrobe and an en suite bathroom featuring a walk-in rainfall shower. The second bedroom is extremely cozy with plenty of storage thanks to the triple custom-built wardrobes.
