Full apartment renovation.
One of our company owned properties, completely renovated from top to bottom. A full re-designing of the layout of this apartment was the biggest change we made. Removing the bedroom doors and restructuring the layout allowed for an open plan living space which borders onto the bedroom looking inwards. We removed and then scaled up the kitchen layout, creating a large unit with a cooking station also facing into the room, to make the space more inclusive and truly open plan. We then transformed the bathroom into a marble paradise featuring a walk in shower and a large indented mirror wall. This tired and unloved home, is now one of the most photogenic apartments in the city.
